Eligible Returns

If you are within the 100 night guarantee, Sage Sleep will accept all returns in good condition, clean with no stains or holes, free of charge. *Customer is responsible for the return shipping*

Return Refusals

Sage Sleep reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. We will not accept returns of worn, damaged, stained or torn items. 

Shipping Fee Returns

If you wish to return an item to us simply let us know and we will do everything we can to help make the process fast and easy. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  We are human! In the event that Sage Sleep ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.

Restocking Fee

Returns after our 100 night guarantee are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


The Sage Sleep mattresses are protected by a 20 Year US Limited Warranty against defects. 

If you have a defective item or warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate your warranty claim.
