Eligible Returns

Within the 100-night guarantee, Sage Sleep will accept all returns in good condition, clean with no stains or holes, free of charge. *Customer is responsible for return shipping*

Return Refusals

Sage Sleep reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside  the eligible return guidelines. We will not accept returns of worn, damaged, stained, or torn items. 

Shipping Fee For Returns

If you wish to return an item to us, simply let us know and we will do everything we can to make the process fast and easy. (Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.)

We are human! In the event that Sage Sleep ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our error.

Restocking Fee

Returns after our 100-night guarantee are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Sage Sleep mattresses are protected by a 20-Year U.S. Limited Warranty against defects. 

If you have a defective item or a warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate your warranty claim.
